	Linda Rising

	Linda Rising has a Ph.D. from Arizona State University in the field of object-based design metrics and a background that includes university teaching and industry work in telecommunications, avionics, and strategic weapons systems. An internationally known presenter on topics related to patterns, retrospectives, agile development approaches, and the change process, Linda is the author of numerous articles and four books---Design Patterns in Communications, The Pattern Almanac 2000, A Patterns Handbook, and Fearless Change: Patterns for Introducing New Ideas, written with Mary Lynn Manns.

	Jeff Smith

	Jeff Smith is Chief Executive Officer of Suncorp, Suncorp Business Services and is responsible for the Group's technology, real estate, group procurement and HR services portfolios. He was originally appointed to the role of Group Executive, Business Technology following Suncorp's merger with Promina in 2007. Jeff has 22 years experience in the IT industry, with the last 12 years spent as chief information officer or equivalent for a range of companies in the USA and Australia. He was previously CIO for Telstra Corporation, where he led the transformation and integration of that company's IT systems, and has also held leadership positions in a number of world class companies including Honeywell, Toyota and Charles Schwab.

	腾讯副总裁，计算机科学家，《数学之美》与《浪潮之巅》的作者。他是美国约霍普斯金大学博士，网络搜索反作弊研究领域的开创者之一，GOOGLE中日韩文搜索部门的创立者之一，当前GOOGLE中日韩文搜索算法的主要设计者，GOOGLE研究院资深研究员。

	Nicholas' infatuation with the internet began at a young age. From CompuServe to hacking into early releases of Slackware Linux, Nicholas is all geek. In 2007 Nicholas joined Atlassian's sales team. Today he lives and breaths Agile development as product manager for Atlassian's GreenHopper, an Agile planning product with over 10,000 customers globally. When Nicholas isn't in a stand-up or updating an electronic wallboard he's surfing at home in Australia.
