ACC2011 will examine the latest theory, practical application, and
implications of agile methods. The agile approach focuses on delivering
business value early in the project lifetime and being able to
incorporate emergent requirements. The conference is not about a single
methodology or approach, but rather provides a forum for exchange of
information regarding all agile development technologies. |

There are always lots of challenges to promote change in the
enterprises and institutions. Agile promotion in China leads to many
brave leaders who are the first guys to try. They are dare to meet all
kinds of difficulties and challenges, and are active to promote inner
software delivering abilities. The theme of this year is “Fearless
Change”. We will invite many successful persons to express their
valuable experiences according to real practices and also to talk about
how to promote Agility in enterprises efficiently. |
